Bridge City Networks does not accept returns, nor do we exchange or replace devices. If you lose a device, or it is stolen or damaged, we can help you cancel your application and reapply. We have no say so in what device you will be qualified for through ACP.

Refunds
Bridge City Networks does not refund devices of any kind. Once you qualify, and the device is handed over to you, it is your responsibility. Please take care of your phones and tablets as if you paid for them. Affordable Connectivity Program had updated restrictions of their program. You will be issued a tablet through Excess Telecom on your first application. If you need a replacement, Excess will provide you a one time back up phone. If you need a replacement after you receive the phone replacement, you can still qualify, but you will be charged $57.00 dollars for the replacement device, and year of service.
Late or missing refundsWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
